The Carol Ringers, a choir of sixteen high school age youth, and the Peace Ringers, a choir of seventeen adults, perform a repertoire of classical, sacred, folk, and popular music. The choirs have a reputation for excellence which has grown over the years. The Carol Ringers travel for ten days each summer, presenting concerts in churches and attending a Handbell Festival Conference sponsored by the Handbell Musicians of America. The choirs have performed at Constitution Hall as guest artists of the Air Force Band, nine times at the White House, at the National Gallery of Art, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the Kennedy Center Concert Hall Stage, perform yearly on the Millennium Stage of the Kennedy Center and on NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNN news and special programming.
