Get Write Entertainment based in Jersey City, NJ presents ai???Underneath it All,ai??? which will be held at Newark Symphony Hall, July 27, 2013. Underneath It Allai??? is a hard hitting, soul stirring, highly emotional & electrifying, stageplay, written, promoted, produced and directed by Kareem Jones and Tony Williams. This awesome, theatrical production realistically depicts the lives of four women: Samantha Harris, Jasmine Heath, Kayla Shepard & Tiffany Peterson. While on the outside these women seem to have it all together, underneath it all, things arenai??i??t always what they appear to be. A broken marriage, dangerous lifestyles, betrayal of best friends, indecent proposals, lies & hypocrisy all gear up for an unexpected ending that will leave you in tears, and a better understanding of how bad company corrupts good character.
Among the growing lists of achievements, Get Write Entertainment LLC CEO/Founders have been a part of several stage productions with artists such as Tony Award winner Melba Moore, in the hit gospel stageplay ai???Gossipai???, Grammy nominated R&B songstress Kelly Price at Newark Symphony Hall in the hit gospel stageplay ai???After The Walkai???, and Grammy, Stellar, & BMI trailblazer award winner ai???Twinkieai??? Clark of the legendary Clark Sisters, in the hit gospel stageplay ai???The Potter ai??i?? Damaged Yet Destined.ai??? They have dedicated themselves to providing wholesome entertainment for all to enjoy. They are also committed to creating opportunities for inner city youth who have a deep and passionate interest in the arts, to gain hands on experience in theater and production through their youth development program. This program is in partnership with some of the public schools in the district, to develop an internship program that provides students with interactive, hands on experience in theater, all in preparation for their major area of study. Their sincere desire is for this program to serve as an alternative to the ai???idlenessai??? that has far too long plagued the community, and as a consequence adds to the already prevalent gang activity in our area. Their cast and staff are anchored by several Jersey City Residents whom have had a major impact in the success of this production.
